Welcome to Christ Church, Moline. We are located in Northwest Illinois, in one of the Quad Cities, where "the River Runs West". We are a parish in the Diocese of Quincy and part of the Anglican Church in North America. We are faithful to Holy Scripture and dedicated to serving our Lord through ministry and worship.

Holy Week

We follow our Lord from the triumphal entry into Jerusalem with the glory of the palms to the triumphal and glorious resurrection, by way of the dark road of suffering and death.

 

April 9               Palm Sunday

“Others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.  The crowds were shouting, ’Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!’”

Very early on the first day of the week, when the sun had risen, they went to the tomb.

9:00am       New Easter Fire, Exultet, baptisms and renewal of promises, Easter Mass.
